Cold sores are herpes. It's not the same strain as genital herpes, but it's the same virus. Once you're infected you can have outbreaks for life, and when you have an outbreak, you are contagious.

Ashleigh is unattractive beyond belief. Her lack of modesty is about as endearing as.....a coldsore. Talk about fishing for compliments when she asked if she was naturally pretty. Revolting little creature.
