Maybe they just kept some the bigger stars out of the preview to keep a surprise for Wednesday, doubt it though

Just looked and it says How I Met Your Mother series 8 premieres on September 24, 2012. This would most likely mean they are still filming it, so I would say NPH is a no.

Maybe in Janurary, chin up folks.

I love him, but he'll never do it sadly, unless the show is still going when his star has faded and he's not so much in the limelight. How I met your mother is a huge success and still going strong as far as I know, so he just doesn't need it.

I think it's more about him not having the time to do it as he's said on numerous occasions that he'd love to do it. Contractual obligations to HIMYM and all. :bawling:
