I can say genuinly I would not have pressed the button at all, even if I had heared my name booed or chanted along with 'OUT'.

I'd rather experience the final, even if I went first at it. Money comes and goes but I would never forget that experience.

I would have pressed the button, so would most people. No point being in the final if you're the first to go which Luke S will:joker:

Who ever says they wouldn't press is a liar or stupid. Or both.

Why not press it then??? Does 10 days in a house mean that much to you??

Bull****.

Bull****.

Because I would want to get to the final, as I stated in the first place.

It would have been foolish NOT to press the button. why take a 1 in 6 chance at £50k when you could walk away with that amount for definite?

Poorly thought out twist really.

The only housemate that I think wouldn't have pressed the button is Ashleigh.

Simply because she wouldn't have known what was going on.

(Despite BB explaining it over and over)

Then when quizzed on why, she would answer simply with...."I was waiting for the question"

If I survived a few evictions I wouldn't have pressed it. You could win and be crowned the winner and the money. In Deana's case, she has topped the votes meaning she was more popular than Conor and Becky for a start. She was also in the top four votes last week so she knows she is more popular than most of them in there..

Ash would have probably pressed straight away and been like **** yes £30!!

I've wanted to go on Big Brother since I was 5 Years Old.. if I got on it, no amount of money in the world - could make me give up my own proper eviction OR the chance to experience the final of a show that's been such a big part of my life.

And to be honest, from past years when we had live streaming.. watching the live feed on the very final day, was great. You could feel the excitement the housemates must of been feeling.
I can tell being in the final would just be a great feeling in itself.

Depends, if i'd have only been in the house a couple of weeks I wouldn't have. If I made 2 months like those did I'd have pressed the button and pressed it before it reached 50K as well.

100%,no doubt at all I would have pressed the button.

The problem is that BB is no longer that social experiment that it once set out to be many moons ago in that very first series. Its a media juggernaut of a reality show that attracts a certain type of Heat magazine reading, fame hungry wannabee with no discernable talent to have their 15minutes of fame ligitamately. They are for the most part out to make a fast buck and get the free club entries/booze and anything else they can grasp so to expect any HM to not press that button would be quite naive. Of the current batch I would say the only HM who may have hesitated would maybe have been Luke A given his back story and obvious want for public acceptance. Ultimately though if someone offers you 50k on the spot knowing you could walk with nothing not many would turn it down.

If I had friends in the house I wouldn't have pressed as I'd want to see the experience out with them. I've never been lucky enough to be rich and I dont now suddenly feel the need for such riches. However, if I thought there was little more I had to offer in the house (and the other person didnt deserve it like in Conor's case) I'd press.

If I was in there with Conor, ( which would have been hell quite frankly) , then no I wouldn't have taken it.

Depends who I was with. It's all an impulse. You don't 100% know until you are actually there. I think I would have pressed the button. Like tried to leave the money building up as much as possible. If I was beaten to the button I was beaten and would just have to get over it. I think it's probably safer not to be in that position. Like Sara said.. she was glad to get out of the room when she did.

Most people would've pressed it, Id have pressed it at 20k already, everyone in that house would have pressed it to be honest.

That is so true, I'd hate to be in the position of loosing in that scenario, it must be absolutely heartbreaking, she was smart by leaving early.

i would have pressed earlier than they did just to make sure i got it. why stay for another 10 days in there to have a chance of winning the same money when you can walk with it earlier.

It Would Depend Who I Was In The Room With.
If It Was Between Me Or Conor Or Luke S I Would Have Pressed It.

EDIT: If It had being between someone like me and Adam or Luke A I can honestly and genuinely say I would not of hit it.
Plus If one of them went, I have a chance to win. :D

They would need it far more than me.

I would have took it. 50 K is a big sum of money and if you are wise with it can be put to good use, so fair play to Conor for deciding to take it and go.

Hearing I am in for the experience etc is tedious now when BB is a gameshow:sleep:.

I don't understand why those two stupid cows Sara and Ashleigh think it's more noble to win big brother without money than to get money without winning big brother.

Really girls? Approval from a bunch of people who don't matter to you and you will never meet is more moral and righteous than unburdening your parents from your financial responsibility?

Charming.

If Luke S had half a brain he would have realised that it was going to be a straight fight to press the button quickest at an amount that would make it worth leaving the show for, say £40K or more.

Seeing Conor's fingers so close to the button he could have picked his moment and gone to press the button but actually mimic the action and not actually press. Conor would probably beat him to it because he planned to do this all along.

Had Luke done this at £10-£15 Conor may have pressed just to beat him and then he would be out of the show but with a much smaller amount.
