As much as i'm glad he's gone ,it is frustrating that he never got his true eviction, and instead left being saved 4 times, and never truly being evicted ><

Yeah, proper rogue. Wish he had the full eviction but good riddance to him.

Unfortunately my cynical side tends to agree. I think that Channel 5 vastly underestimated the publics response to Connor's outburst over Deana and ultimately realised they were in the wrong by not evicting him on the spot as it set a very bad president for the entire series. Everyone was expecting Connor to press that button and in doing so Channel 5 got their opportunity to sqeeze him out the side door so to speak-shortened interview and an already satisfied baying crowd happily licking their chops after Becky's earlier mauling. It let them off the hook so they didn't really have to address their errors as a full eviction would have been a very uncomfortable half hour for Channel 5. By having Connor walk with the money no doubt they will try and push the 'oh well he wasn't a bad lad really', 'lovable rogue' angle. I will be interested to see how quickly they attempt to address it and move on in the next few days on BBBOTS.
