Honestly, bravo C5, that was executed brilliantly. Felt like a twist from yesteryear. Done live, built up well, high tension.
The count-up idea was great (similar to the thread I posted last night but better), the tension music was genius and I was really impressed with the whole thing. Okay so the selection process could've been a bit fairer, yeah, I admit that and that would've made it perfect, but the way it was executed in the end was amazing. For once, seriously well done.

Yeah, while I obviously haven't got a lot of love for Conor.
I can't fault this twist tonight, it was dramatic, intense and most of all a proper 'TWIST' really impressed.
Yes C5 are morons at times, but they show that they can do some things right when they try.

I think itd be better if BB announced that if the money clocked up to a certain point itd be wiped. Conor and Luke S would therefore be more on their toes and probably would hit the button between £20-30K, which coincidencely is a fairer amount too.
And agree with Lucas, dont like Conor but it wasnt a bad twist, shame it was from the prize fund however. Not happy about that.

It was brilliant, but I'd really hate to be Luke S right now

Only thing that has annoyed me really.
I'd want them to have tasks this week which could get them some money back for it... but I think that the whole point of this was one of them stealing 50k so I doubt they'll do it.

Would have liked it to be a fairer selection process like you said. Maybe the public voting on twitter or something.
But in terms of the execution of that final part, it was very good.

I just think it should've been with all the housemates pre-nominations so there'd be no confusion over that. Could've put them in there on a Friday after an eviction show live and said they could leave whenever they want (no silly 'one must leave now' or 'only when the buttons are activated'), and then had a mid-week Wednesday show and done the money thing with whoever was left then. Much fairer, and would've been much more competitive as well.

Thatd be good, the more remaining would mean more pressure to press the red button too :amazed:

It was a good twist but I still think Ch5 lack a lot of imagination.
Instead of giving anybody the boot they could have done what Jack said, and wittled it down to 3 HMs left tonight. Then they could have split the £50K in 3 unequal amounts - £32K, £15K and £3 and play it like the show Divided where they have to settle on who gets what whilst its counting down (high amount counts down faster than the smaller so the difference gets shortened). However much gets counted down goes back into the prize fund.
Far more interesting imo and imagine the drama that would follow
