Sarah's voice?

I dont know if it's just because I'm Scotish and find the majority of Scotish accents on tv unbearable? But is her voice hideous?

Every time she opens her mouth I just think, God do I sound like that haha?

LOL. Is it funny that when I read 'hideous', I pronounced it the way Sara would - head-yus? I like her accent, it's not as redeckulus as you think.

Sara has a lovely voice and accent.
It's the exaggerated emphasis she places on some words when she's drunk and the rubbish she talks that irritating.

It's not her voice that annoys me. It's her garbled, half baked political opinions, even she doesn't even know what she is on about half the time. Then if anyone questions any of the incoherent babble she takes it up a few notches and starts shouting at them. If this doesn't make them back off, she shouts even louder and insists they have started a fight with her!

i can't hate on a countires accent as a whole because people don't really have a choice where they are born and they can't help how they sound but that being said, the way sara talks to people drives me up the wall. i cringe, and i normally fast forward. I dont know weather its the accent itself or the fact that she just gets to drunk and yells at people in a screetchy monotone type way, its so annoying!

saras main problem is,

when normal people talk to each other they normally have equal conversations, they talk "WITH" each other not "AT" each other.
when sara talks sometimes, u feel like shes on a pulpit talking DOWN at you! it doesnt sound very nice AT ALL

It's only when Scotish people are on TV the accent sounds bad to me.

Might have something to do with the majority of TV is English actors,presenters etc so not used to hearing Scotish that often.

I agree it is utterly dreadful

iyts not because she scottish , its the way she doesnt stop for breath, she rushes every word and talks over everyone else and never listens, she also always seems angry, to be honest she sounds more aggressive than anyone including connor when she talks, shes really boring to listen too
