what are some wierd things you do?

I'll give an example cause there are plenty for me lolxlolwoxlol

- Sometimes I try to stop the voice inside my head from talking but I can't. and it annoys me that I can't stop it.

and no it's not one of the crazy voices, it's the one everyone has :nono:

Off the top of my head...

- If I think of a bad memory I naturally have a reaction to it, like I might say or whisper to myself "I'm such a dick" or something along those lines or have a twitch. It's actually kinda worrying now that I've typed it out LOL

- I scratch myself when I'm nervous. I'm nervous alot.

- I make unnecessary spreadsheets for the most random ****.

- I work out the pitches of notes in songs in my head when I'm bored

I can only think of one thing at the moment. If I'm out somewhere and I'm walking on pavement, then I have to step inside whole squares of the pavement. If I step in those weird half squares that you get I get all irritated with myself idk.

In any situation, the first thing I do is imagine a worst-case scenario. I sometimes can't switch off so count backwards from 500, picturing each number in my head.
