Robbing the Canadians? you mean the Canadians that were trying to cheat by holding the ball and running out the clock because they were up 1? Last time i checked you have to play 90 minutes of soccer, not just play until yur 1 up and then stop playing soccer. They did the same thing to team GB in the match before. It's about time the refs start cracking down on time wasters.

yea just like the Chinese badminton players that were rightfully kicked out. the Canadians should be thrown out of the tourney and not even allowed to play the bronze medal match imo. Why are the Canadians getting preferential treatment when the Chinese were thrown out?

The spirit of the olympic games is that you play your sport to the best of your abilities. the Canadians certainly were against the olympic spirit. They should count themselves lucky for even getting a shot at the bronze. If it were up to me they'd be on the first plane back to their igloos.

Not to mention that Canadian girl that stomped on an American girl's head when she was already on the ground, she should not only have been red carded, but banned from all competitive soccer forever.

or you could actually play Soccer for 90 minutes, because that's the game. WTF is the point of playing for 90 minutes if the first team to score is just gonna be allowed to sit on the ball?
