Probably will be shown but with no effect since he has covered it in a selective way by telling her a bit about it.

It won't be that unexpected and he would now likely say he even forget what they asked originally but knew it was something she may not like.
It is all so long ago now too that Ashleigh will likely not be that bothered about it and really why should she be.

She has said far more negative comments as to their relationship and stating her doubts as to even fancying him too when talking to other housemates about it.
More to the point ,will he be shown all that as to her.
