Another winner booed will show just how ridiculously out of touch the eviction mob are. When a HM wins the show it should be a celebration of the PUBLIC'S chosen winner regardless whether a vocal minority disliked them or not. They are effectively the Conor's, Caroline's, and Becky's of this world who think they are the sh!t and everyone's deluded but themselves.
Sidenote: Natalie Cassidy you finished 8th way behind the Twins, get over yourself!

I hope that if she wins they cheer her out of the house, even if they boo her in the phone numbers. It's ridiculous for a winner to come out to boos.

If Jay won last year he would have been cheered to the rafters despite being disliked on forums, that shouldn't matter if he won, but the fact of the matter is Aaron won and he should have been cheered regrardless.

Tbh I don't see the point of booing when housemates leave. We can't hear it anyway because they insist blasting stupid noises and music over the crowd so they may aswell ban them from booing housemates as the leave.

Yeah but Aaron's psychotic fanbase powervoting on FB for a fifth of the normal voting price doesn't mean that the whole public chose him as the winner and the crowd was the vocal minority. The only people who liked Aaron were the crazy (and mostly deluded) forum users.
I think perhaps you are the crazy one. The fact that you don't know that Aaron had so much support from all walks of life is so weird. The guy made great inroads in "the game" of big brother. Aaron was able to get people who were not hardcore Big Brother fans to watch the show like they were. Fine you didn't like him but he was the main attraction last season plain and simple. The house mates knew it and I'm sure he won by a landslide.:elephant:

They'll boo Deana, just like they did Aaron. It all goes back to vote to save.
Past years, people like Deana and Aaron (housemates who are liked, but at the same time, hated by just as many people) haven't made the final week due to the "vote to evict" rule. Strong and popular characters like Makosi, Derek, Nikki, John James and many others have been a victim of vote to evict and been evicted prior to the final.
Now with vote to save, these type of housemates last longer, get to the final, and can even win, just like Aaron did.
People like Scott and Sara don't get cheered because theyre popular, they get cheered because they haven't done anything that could piss people off or rub people up the wrong way. Whereas people like Deana and Luke A will get boo's due to the fact that they're not boring dullards with no opinion or personality.
Moral of the story, if "vote to save" was brought in years ago, we would have had many more boo'd winners, and it would have been splendid.
It was amazing when Aaron won and got boo'd, and it will be amazing when/if Deana wins and gets boo'd.
Rant over.

You think that people should be forced to cheer someone they dislike? He didnt deserve to win and the audience reaction reflected that. It was the only bit of comfort that some of could take from that whole ridiculous situation.

This. Screw the public. Thought it was quite funny when Aaron was booed last year. I rather hear strong boos or strong cheers. A mix in between is a bit meh. Like it one way or the other.
The public are fickle. The audience outside is not a true reflection of a housemates popularity. The housemates need to ignore the boos and cheers. The winner will get the last laugh with 50 grand in their back pocket. Plus be funny is the winner was booed. A bit of controversry for the show.
Think if I was a housemate I would love to get cheered though. I would love that kind of acceptance and nice atmosphere.

Yes. A vote to Save needs to stay. I think Deana is much more of a likeable character than Aaron though. Deana also hasn't got herself into a silly fauxmance which means more bonus points for her. I did think there was a bit of sexual tension between Deana and Aaron though. Think Deana should have got a sneaky snog in or had a bit of a flirt.

It makes me laugh when people slate Aaron fans for taking advantage of the cheap facebook voting last year. Wasn't the facebook voting available to fans of ALL the HMs? I rest my case.

He won for the reasons I mentioned (the cheap as hell FB voting, allowing his fans to spam vote for him at hardly any price.) And if he had so much support from all walks of life, he wouldn't have been booed and Faye wouldn't have been evicted over Louise.
Don't call me deluded..
I didn't...

I didn't bash his fans. I stated facts, that Aaron won by his fans using the cheap FB votes to their advantage and powervoting like crazy. If anything, that's a compliment since you guys were directly responsible for his win.

I would not dream of picking up the phone to vote to save unless only 2 people are nominated. I have watched BB since the beginning and the whole point of the game is that the public vote to EVICT the HMs they dislike. Conor would have been out weeks ago with a vote to evict and should have been. I hate the vote to save.
I don't think Deana will give a Fiddler's if she's booed on leaving. People have a right to boo or cheer as they choose - its a gameshow and part of the entertainment, they all take the risk when they go into the house and if they are bloody irritating they deserve to be booed.

And don't forget that Aaron showed his true colours at the last moment. When he heard the cheers for Jay and the boos for himself he made Jay agree with him that they would share the prize money because he thought he had lost. Of course he did not share his winnings.
