Luke S is actually a really nice guy

Compare everything Luke A has said about him, to what Luke S has said about him and that is just 1 of the reasons he isn't that bad.

I have to agree with you here. He's not beyond criticism, no one is myself included, and he has done one or two things wrong, in my own humble opinion, but other than that, I think he's a nice bloke. Certainly no where near as nasty as some of the other HMs have been in there.

I think his main 'crime' appears to be that he is guilty of association with Conor et al. To be fair to him, Conor, Arron, Becky, Caroline were more friends of Ashleigh's than his. He just hung around with them because his girlfriend did.

I do think Luke S will be the HM who will regret how he spent his time and who he spent his time with in the house the most.

I think LS already regrets his choice of chums ie conor and Ash.


If he had been clever he should have kept a foot in both camps ie "date" Ash but bw an Outsider. He may have been up for eviction but more likelu to survive although f2f would havw been tricky.

He's nice but he's vain and there's not much to him. Plus he sided with the insiders who were bellends. I think even the outsiders acknowledge he'd have fitted in well with them as they would have had more to chat about and I think their inevitable piss-taking would have forced him to take himself less seriously which would have made him come across as more likeable.

Ashleigh was nasty. Luke S ended up an unwitting accomplice but Ashleigh was an utter cow. The type to make people around her look and feel worse in order to make herself look and feel better. Nasty! For example making out Deana's dancing was outrageous when she milked Luke S on national telly. or goading her gang to slag off Lauren because she felt insecure about Luke S.

I think some of the hm's (benedict, Luke A etc) don't like Luke S because he acted like he was the alpha male. Up until recently, if you watched him, he would stand over everyone wanting to know what they were doing, putting his tuppence in, and basically swanning round like he owned the place. It was only last week or so, when he took the cigarettes and placed them in his pocket, saying if the outsiders wanted one, they were to ask him

I like him too, but I'm not a sycophant. I didn't agree with him controlling the shopping list, or wiping his 'juice' off Ashleigh last after wiping himself and the bed up first, nor do I agree with him taking the pampering session when it was Ashleigh, not him, who was up for eviction that night. However, she's treated him like crap, so I don't feel overly sympathetic for her.

Other than that, I think he's a nice bloke and I've never understood the hatred he gets on here or on DS. None of the HMs are perfect and they all have their flaws - like the rest of us. He has been no where near as bad as Conor, Arron, Becky, Caroline or Ashleigh has been in the house, imo. I like Luke A too, but to be fair to Luke S, I think Luke A has been far more vicious in his dislike of Luke S than Luke S has ever been towards him.

It's a shame he hooked up with Ashleigh, if he hadn't then I suspect he wouldn't have hung out with the 'insiders' so much. They were more friends of Ashleigh than they ever were of his. It's a shame that he is, imo, a poor judge of peoples' character. I honestly believe if it wasn't for his association with Ashleigh et al., he would have been far more popular with the public than what he, unfortunately, is.

Yes i think the whole group mentality with the insiders ruined him i was kinda hoping that hed be the alpha male who was ruling the house without being persuaded to certain groups he nearly did when he had a go at arron shame really wanted him to be my main this year with chris

His mistake was his plan. He thought that the BB fans would once again be taken in by a faux-mance. He did not like Ashleigh, he used her. Not a nice trait. He loves himself too much. No personality at all.

I didn't (and still don't) agree with the fauxmance either. Ashleigh has used him just as much though. How many weeks ago did she sit with Conor telling him she wasn't interested in Luke S? She's constantly ridiculed him and admitted that she fancied Conor. They're both as bad as each other on that score.

I don't know about you all but from the beginning of this BB I have been intrigued by why Conor's gang so vehemently hated Deana. When pressed their reasons were pathetic.
This evening on BBBOTS Luke S. partially revealed the answer.
After 10 weeks watching Ashleigh staggering around on her gawky chicken legs he decided ,at great length, and with a physical demonstration, to mock the elegant way in which Deana moves. Svelt and sinuous are words that were invented for her locomotion.
This behaviour does explain why Deana felt so oppressed in the early weeks.
