Is There Sexism Towards HMs On BB Forums?

Why is it, if a Male tends to act like a prick in the house he is "Vile,Terrible,Bully" and "Making the show miserable,Get out ASAP". Yet if a Female does the exact same which Jasmine is doing now or Deana to an extent at the end of her time in BB13 they are "Queen Bitch,Amazing,So Entertaining and Carrying the show" The forums went nuts with their Conor bullying claims and "Get Anton Out" campaigns. If they had called someone a "Prostitute" or had stood up and started yelling at an upset HM then I think there would of been a meltdown.

Just a question, because it's weird how in reality the Females are usually hated on quicker, but the Forum's seem the complete opposite to an even bigger extreme.

Jasmine's panto-crazy behavior is nothing in the league of threatening to rape someone, stupidity that people class these kinds of characters in the same category. Female housemates normally seem to only ever really get a lot of support when they're really bitchy and nasty, it just makes them "fierce" or whatever, the same doesn't generally apply to male housemates I don't think

Generally people on forums do prefer female housemates. It's generally the same people who like female pop singers as well. However there are people on here who're the other way around as well who I've rarely seen support a female.

I agree, it seems like female bitches are usually loved for being "fierce" but if a male housemate had said any of the things I've heard jasmine come out with this series, they would be seen as a bully especially if it was to a girl.

I think there is a fair bit of fact as to the opening post of this thread.
For me, most of the females in my family and in my circle of friends are not like a lot of the female housemates are,(thank all powers that be for that).
So while it's not behaviour I like in either gender, I do find in BB series mostly it's the female housemates who act the worst a lot of the time.

I abhorred Conors' comment as I hated all Jay's graphic sexual detail as to his time with women in BB 2011,I go against the offensive behaviour of both genders when it really surfaces.
I didn't though hold Conors one and only offensive rant against him for the whole of the series.
Jasmine with her insults and put downs of people is however likely to continue all through if she doesn't get kicked out tomorrow.

Had Conor for instance remained in the house, then likely Deana would have won because she would have likely held on to more of the sympathy vote she was getting while he was in the house,once he left the house people then saw how rotten she could be too and her star fell bigtime after that.

BB is an equal environment, if females go in, they have to take the heat like the guys do. If they get in an argument, they have to stand up for themselves and give it back not play the victim. No point looking for equality and then crying.
Jasmine is great value and a good Hm, but she went too far with Danika. She is a loose cannon and we have not seen the worst of her I think.
No guy would get away with Jasmines behavior. It seems to me also, that it depends on who is being attacked. If Deana from BB13 was getting the Jasmine treatment, would Jasmine be so popular.

I believe this has come up before and it was suggested that the forums seem to have an inbalance of gay and lesbian posters making the overall views a little lobsided as opposed to the general public. I have no problems with these views, nor do i poo poo PC posters, but these forums do seem to get quite a lot of differing views from a wider spectrum than the general public.
