No , I don't think BB will risk allowing the evicted HM to pick the two HM up for eviction as it would be too risky as she may nominate two of the biggest characters in the house eg Julie and Julian. This would be a step too far in my mind, they will probably ask the evicted HM to pick two HM that will become safe from eviction on Friday.
