It seems though that she's not just in a mode when she's on her webcam or whatever but actually like that all the time (from what I've seen anyway). So although she comes across as really sweet and bubbly she's basically very cruel.

Danika is very flirtatious but she is not responsible for the actions of the men in the house, they are. They are not lads, they are grown men.If they don't like her behavior they can choose not to associate with her.
