Well in a sense he'd have been my favourite even if he'd have gone in and done a Vinnie Jones, but I think he's been pretty funny anyway and you can see in the past couple of shows that he's starting to come out more now.

But I've seen a lot of people saying that they didn't have a clue who he was and they've liked him on BB, and there's no way he'd be doing so well on all of the polls and have possibly topped last weeks eviction vote just from the few people in the UK that watch Jersey Shore.

In a perfect world. The first 24 hrs he was in the house, he became the target of choice for condescending twatwaffles across DS and Twitter. It was never enough to simply say "I've never heard of him". It was always accompanied by either "I've never heard of him" because only idiots watch shows like his, therefore if you've heard of him, you're an idiot, and I'm not, or "I've never heard of him," but his hat is stupid, his abs are stupid, and he's American, so he must be stupid.

All this time later they're still screaming about how can he possibly be famous when nobody watches his show, and no matter how patiently you explain that he's paid by Reebok to wear their shoes, GNC to shill their vitamins, appeared on pretty much every entertainment and chat show in the US, often multiple times, they still insist he can't be famous because they've never personally heard of him, and somehow that means he's a nobody and should never have been allowed in the first place.

The people who said they'd give him the benefit of the doubt were few and far between.

The fact is that these three men, yes men, went into the house with the intention of getting a fauxmance or romance. I base this on the fact that Harvey has not been drawn in at all by the women, but then he is trying to repair his reputation.

I agree, he is only popular because its "cool" to like him. In reality he is a below average looking guy with zero personality and no sense of humour. The only thing he has got going for him is his bank balance.
