could Julian be a professional children s Story Teller ? 28.08.12

he is a lovely man,
such a decent feller,
i did not expect this,
i am overwhelmed with his Story Teller.
Julian is so fast,
not forgetting witty,
just so dimensional,
anything but bitty.
i loved his criticism,
it was heavy on the scale,
but i no not to trust Samatha,
its all "press" not just the daily mail.
from the press to the air,
with Martin i now have a drop in thirst,
how dare he say about economy class,
while on a plane they should not be seated near "first".
on with nominations,
4 are up and no substitute,
i am now begging all fans,
keep in the "prostitute".
Samatha or Micheal needs the boot,
for the show and the sake,
he needs a fall from grace,
while Samatha like her "job" is just so fake.
please viewers and voters,
with my words heed,
i would prefer Micheal to go Wednesday,
but Samatha would be the only enjoyable "Daily Mail" read.

so sorry for all my jibber and i will put it in simple English , i want Micheal or Samatha to go on Wednesday.

but the question i am asking is - could Julian be the new face of Story Teller ? i think he might have a career waiting for him on the outside.

His story was brilliant and i was genuinely laughing out loud. Maybe they should make Jackanory for adults he'd be cracking at that :D

Yes he would but I really like Gillian-73's take on his 'adult jackanory' storytelling idea too, really good one that.

I thought it was brilliant.

I know people who dislike him will be all 'he's not even funny, lame material, he did this stuff back in the 90's' but idgaf, it was really quite funny and got me through what I can say was a very dull HL's

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Princess_(TV_series)

Little Princess is a children's animated television series. Directed by Edward Foster it debuted in the UK in 2006 and is currently shown there as part of Channel 5's Milkshake! and – as Y Dywysoges Fach – in the children's programming strand Cyw on the Welsh-language channel S4C.

In English the stories are narrated by Julian Clary with Jane Horrocks providing the voice of the Little Princess. The series is based on the original books by Tony Ross and follows the success of Ross's 1986 book 'I want my Potty', which was also turned into a 5-minute short film.

Julian already narrates on children's tv programmes. One he does is "Little Princess" an animated children's programme:
