All I hear on BOTS or from housemates, is that those big bad girls Danica & Rhian are flirts and leading the boys on...but isn't flirting a 2-way street...why is no-one making a big deal about Mike's flirty comments to Danica or Ashley's (albeit almost incomprehensible) cheeky chappy remarks to Rhian? (or for that matter Harvey's attention to Coleen) Doesn't it really highlight our obvious bias when it comes to what we think is acceptable behaviour by men?

There is a big difference because the two girls have boyfriends and the boys are single. If the girls hand it out what boy wouldn't go with it.

the guys are single, the girls are in relationships. thats the massive difference. yet they acted as if they were single just to get attention, fame and avoid nominations. everyone else is just playing the game. these 2 cruel women are playing people, also a massive difference.

...but flirting isn't just the domain of the single...everybody flirts (even when your married)...it's fun, normal and it's healthy ~ doesn't make you a bad person...so why all the fuss?

It's all about biological differences - and the fact that Danica already had a BF but instigated the flirting and kept at it even when she knew Mike was falling for her. Then she acts all innocent and insulted when he gets annoyed that she's turned her attention to Lorenzo.
Rhian and Ashley's flirting was mutual from the start and she hasn't really done anything wrong.

I agree. I think Prince sees Danica for what she is and is going along with her game yet at the same time observing her. I don't think he would want her for a GF - she's too slutty.
He may fancy her, but I'm not convinced he's smitten in the least and is just playing her at her own game eg "I would kiss you if you didn't have a BF". He may well be trying to cut through her crap.

Oh I have no doubt that she would rather be famous for having some sort of talent instead, I'm just trying to explain though why it seems that women in these situations seem to be more vilified by the public, because it's the only thing they're known for and it's all negative. I think though that if it were two equally high profile people involved it would be more balanced, like for example Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, when he did the dirty on Jennifer Aniston, I think the public villified the two of them, maybe slightly more Angelina but then she has a history of stealing other womens men :laugh:
