I'm really sad that CBB is ending soon and we won't get to see Julie Goodyear on our screens every night, so I'm really hoping she gets other TV work after the show.

I think Julie would be an amazing presenter for BB and could easily replace Brian. I also think she'd make a great judge on Britians Got Talent or she could even become a main host on Loose Women.

What does everyone else think?

Seriously though - don't think she wants to work too much - she quit Corrie after a long awaited comeback a few years ago because the schedule was too much for her..... I am not a fan of Julie but she is 70 so sure she won't want to be doing too much work

No i think she is happy and graceful she is an inspiration to many cervical cancer survivors and deserves to enjoy her retirement years and cruises a plenty courtesy of the BB voters.

Everyone that casts a vote either for or against her contributes to Julies retirement fund so i thank them.

I wouln't like to see her as as a BB presenter, but her own chat show as someone else suggested, sounds a good idea, I would watch :)

Come on, I know you like her but even for a 70 year old her skin is absolutely terrible, a PROVEN side effect of years of heavy smoking.....Surely you can see and admit that? I don't know, she seems happy the way her life is now so maybe she doesn't want any strong commitments to TV now.

However,she could do a chat show,I wouldn't expect to see her as a presenter for BB though and anyway Brian is going nowhere even when BB is extended after 2014 too, he will stay as presenter, as he should.

I can however see a return of sorts to to Coronation Street, she was part of the Corrie-the Musical that has been shelved for the time being.
However,were she to win CBB, I can see the producers of Coronation Street then trying to lure her back for at least one more storyline.
They did in 1999,2002 and 2003 when she appeared again as Bet Lynch in the soap, I can see some return,I also think it would work too,especially while Rita, Emily and Ken are still regular characters on the street.

I think also there wil be many things offered to her after CBB, se will no doubt do what is best for her and will depend after CBB if in fact she wants further disruption to her life as it now is.
Really good luck to her and I hope Martin gets a good film role after CBB too,he was brilliant in the Krays and good luck to them both.

Cheryl Fergison,when she was evicted and discussing the first task they did, did say she was very sure that she and Julie would be doing something as to acting together in the future after CBB, so maybe something is already in the pipeline.

I am, like a lot of posters on this Forum becoming a little perturbed by the Subject,tone and frequency of your Posts/Threads

This is not a Julie Goodyear appreciation/ Fan club Forum.

You continue to start worthless threads praising this woman whose actions,words,demeanour,presentation leave an awful lot to be desired.

A high proportion of the posters on this forum do not hold very favourable views on the way this lady is portraying herself, but as it is a forum for all views then positive comments are also invited.

You however have commented on nothing other than this lady, you have baited a long standing poster on this forum to the extent that the thread had to be closed.
