The ganging up on Julie is getting too much..

Tonight I could hardly bear to watch, I was cringing so much. Here is an elderly lady, quite physically frail, someone who has a bitch about people and sometimes talks behind their backs but hasn't been really nasty to anyone or done anyone any harm.
Many of the other HM's bitch and talk behind Julies back all the time. They are a bunch of uncouth, immature hypocrites. But here they are ganging up on her in a most unpleasant way as if she is the devil incarnate. The boys can get away with anything (mike's cheating for example) but every little thing Julie does wrong is blown way out of proportion.

Harvey heard her talking about them in the gym - shock horror! What did she say? Some HM's were fake - and the rest was so bad he wouldn't repeat it! Oh yeah? As if he could stop himself. That is the sort of rubbish that everyone falls for.

Then Coleen, being the stirring bitch that she is, just HAS to tell Julian all about it as 'she thinks he should know'. (She has pulled that one several times before if you remember with other HM's). And of course she delightedly repeats that it was so bad it couldn't be repeated...hahaha. That old chestnut. Julian looks at her as if there is a bad smell under his nose. Love him!

When 'lightergate' happened (what a FUSS about nothing, and just another excuse to have a go at Julie), Colleen of the immaculate morals repeats loudly several times 'she wouldn't give you a light'!!!!! in a scandalized tone. Then 'THAT'S PETTY'!!!. She just loves to stir the flames with her barbed comments under the guise of concern. I cannot stand that scheming two faced cow!

Maybe if Julie 'did a Colleen' and dissolved into floods of tears and cornered people for sympathy every time something didn't go her way, they wouldn't pick on her so much. She's strong and won't let them beat her, but it's a disgrace how they have ganged up on her. They ought to be ashamed of themselves, for they are no better or any less guilty than she is.

I exclude Julian from the 'pack' obviously. He has been so kind and loyal to Julie - HE likes her, and he's no fool. I love how he pointed out to them that they were ganging up on her. JULIAN TO WIN!
The Situation isn't so bad either. He isn't an unkind person and has a good heart. Martin seems nice, but he has back stabbed Julie as well.

Anyway, I'm not going to watch any more of the series until the last hour or so of the final on Friday. I can't stand the hypocrisy any more. I can't stand the hate on here either and the horrible names thrown about for an elderly lady who in the grand scheme of things hasn't done anything that bad and has been entertaining and a good sport. Ive had a total about face about Julie, she has turned what was turning into a borefest of a show into something really watchable...her delivery of the "news" considering alot of it is about her is second to none, and Julian has been superb in the face of the "mob". She has been the show's talking poing and played the game, and deserves credit for saving the borefest. The clip shown on BOTS in the DR with Julie, Lorenzo and Martin was really nice and Lorezno taking "the fifth" whe they were asked who was the biggest diva in the house was brillant..I hope she stays tonight now as I really want to see Harvey and Coleens face if she does, unfortunately she will probably get massive boos, and get turfed out...thankfully it wont affect the show, as Fridays show wont show any of the last day anyway..imagine what the show would have been like without Julie??? does Martin really deserve to stay over her I dont think so....still want Julian to win tho.

I would hope you will still watch the series but I do agree with you as I have said in many posts of my defence of Julie over the forum, I also find it sad that she is getting such a hard time of things.

Whilst I don't like Julie - I don't like pack mentality and it does appear that the HMs have switched their alliance to Coleen after she was saved and they heard the "Get Julie Out" chants which is pretty juvenile and just goes to show that they all want to win and will form bonds with whomever can give them a stepping stone into the final.

However Julie is the only one kissing people and telling them that she loves them, just before stabbing them in the back. Thats the difference.

If someone tells you to your face that your friendship is important to them, you don't expect that person to be as nasty possible behind your back.

And most of the people bitching about Julie are doing so because of the things that Julie has been saying and doing.
