Well done Iain Duncan Smith for not giving in to the demands of Cameron and Osborne to give up his post of work and pensions secretary.

QUOTE:
The chancellor was keen to move Duncan Smith because he is fighting a public battle to resist Osborne's plans for a further £10bn in welfare cuts by 2016. Duncan Smith's success raises the prospect of a renewal of his alliance with Nick Clegg, who provided vital support over the funding of his welfare reforms. The deputy prime minister told the Guardian last week that he would only accept some of the extra welfare cuts in return for a wealth tax.

Almost makes up for Jeremy Hunt bieng appointed health secretary...

I'd like to post a lot of funny pictures of Labour ministers, how they voted, and what they ended up being in charge of, but it would take too long and, I fear, be too funny.

Really pleased to see Grant Shapps as party chairman, he would have been equally as formidable as a Minister too though.

Jeremy Hunt will be far better at Health than Lansley who was an awful Health secretary.

Main disappointment for me is that the worst ever likely Home Secretary,Theresa May stays in place, she'd have gone for me.

I cannot though see these changes bringing about great new fortunes electorally for the Coalition and I am really disappointed that David Laws has any place at all in top Government.
