Adam Rickitt, the esteemed politician/actor/musician/model, would be a brilliant choice to enter into the current Big Brother house in a reversal of what happened in celebrity Big Brother, with Chantelle, the non-celebrity, entering. Adam Rickitt should be eligible to win, and discussion in other topics has led me to believe that the silent majority are fans of Rickitt and his smoothe chest. This is a topic to discuss the merits of Adam Rickitt entering the Big Brother house in a reverse celebrity Big Brother style twist.

Adam Rickitt is far superior to this year's housemates, and would undoubtedly win a landslide victory if the producers were to put him into the show. Wittier than Spiral and sexier than Glynn, Adam Rickitt will surely win.

The Knob that was in The games?

Sparacus
14-07-2006, 12:02 AM
Yes, he made an appearance in the Games, and was an extremely successful contestant. He is also an extremely highly regarded Conservative politician, and also had a pop career. He is soon to appear in the 2007 series of Doctor Who as the Doctor's companion, Ben Chatham. He is also not a knob.

Yes to Adam Rickett! He totally needs to be in this. He's so cool and multi-talented, and really intelligent. He could easily be the Prime Minister one day, now that his political career has kicked off so impressively - and think how cool it would be to have a future Prime Minister doing something like BB. :bouncy:

I wholeheartedly agree with Mickey's sentiment. Appearing in a television programme such as Big Brother would undoubtedly boost Adam Rickett's image in the eye of the youth of today. Adam Rickitt is a role model to young people all over the country, and I hope that his upcoming appearance on Celebrity Big Brother will help him reach a new audience of hip young Moopy posters across the UK.

He was injured following his heroic ordeal in the Andes mountains while filming a programme for Five.

If anything his appearing in the Games only served to highlight how heroic he actually is.

Adam Rickitt is not a "Z-list" celebrity as you so claim, he is in fact in the A-list of British television, with starring roles in Coronation Street, the Games, and an upcoming staring role in the 2007 series of Doctor Who, as the Doctor's companion Ben Chatham. The Moopy posters represent the voice of Britain's youth, and they hold Adam in high esteem, as does the television industry as a whole.

You should give yourself a congratulatory pat on the shoulder.

But be mindful not to damage yourself in the process. Injuries in the home are always a major concern.

I most certainly would not wish to engage in any physical act of that nature on Mr. Rickett, I merely respect him and admire his chosen career moves.

Admiration and sexual yearnings are two very, very different things.

I fear your keyboard has developed a malfunction. It appears to have missed out two letters from a vitally key word of your post.

However, I have extrapolated the likely missing letters and am frankly shocked at the result.

I would never [u]dream[/i] of attempting to shrug nor place anyone, least of all Adam, on your TV. Firstly because he might damage himself if he were to inadvertantly fall off, and second I very strongly suspect he would never comfortaly fit upon it in the first place.

I hope this post has helped sooth your fears.

I concur with Reg. Shrugging Adam Rickitt is not part of our agenda, whereas your post appears to be a part of some sort of "gay agenda". Please refrain from inferring that we wish to "shrug" Adam, as he is a worthy recepticle for our attention, praise and admiration.

Gawd this reminds me of the chats i used to have with "brosettes" at school.........

Please elaborate. What exactly is a "brosette"?

I believe it might be some now extinct sub species of the middle primate family.

All such fears have been rendered moot.

Perhaps it's a reference to the band Bros, a late eighties number that scored a few musical triumphs and then vanished, never to be seen again. Since Adam Rickett is clearly still a talking point, I feel the comparisson between the two if them is limited in its validity.

I for one am not a "brosette", nor am I a "Rickette". I am merely a fan of a very talented man, who has a great future in politics and showbusiness ahead of him. Whether you like him or not, Adam Rickitt is going to enter the House within the next few weeks, and if you don't like him, the only thing you can do is switch off Big Brother and watchh something else, most probably ratings stalwart BBC News.

I must confess that Adam Rickett is the only person in my opinion that could save the sinking ship which is Big Brother 7. Love Island is getting all of my attention right now.

I'm happy you're glad. But we must turn to the matter at hand, and that is Rickitt. I assume you are all reserving your votes for Adam in a future general election.

Of course; he has impressed me so far so unless he clunks now (unlikely), my vote is assured.

I am already anticipating him to hold the longest term in office of any Prime Minister, beating Lady Margaret Thatcher and Tony Blair.

His popularity on these forums suggests a potentially long career in the political sphere for sure.

And if anyone dare try and remove Adam from his rightful place at the top of government, I would back his Rickittatorship all the way.

We obey.

But further the greater discussion:

I would respectfully suggest that once Adam has gained the door of Number 10 an intensive eugenics research program be undertaken to study the possibilty of all future citizens being given the gift of carrying our illustrious leader's DNA

You are mistaken.

Accomplished actor, acclaimed musical innovator and now a nascent politico of the very highest order.

Adam's ever increasing popularity has never been more assured.
