When they were talking about what she had to read out as newsreader - why did he not say 'cos I heard you bitching to your hairdresser like an old crone'

He came out with rubbish about her being 'cold' after eviction or similar sh1te.

It's awful to see. Makes you wonder how all those new actors and actresses coming into corrie dealt with her behaviour. Poor sods. I noticed something from her into vid thingy too - she mentioned that she was doing a scene with roy barraclough and there was a buzzing under the duvet as roy had put, ahem, something that buzzes in there. Funny that, cos on loose women, I heard sherrie hewson tell the exact same story only it was reg holdsworth and her who were in bed and reg had put the, ahem, thing that buzzes in there. I suppose its possible that it could have happened to both of them but highly unlikely and I know who I'd believe.

On the subject of preferential treatment - did Julie get her own private cig stash written into her contract, too?

Otherwise, how come she had some left when the others had to go without for the whole day?

She smokes more than any of them but didn't run out - and I didn't buy the excuse she gave about not sharing because she had to keep them for herself. She's constantly chawing on nictine gum, when she hasn't got a fag in her mouth, and she could have offered them some of that, but chose to flounce off taking her lighter with her.
