I hate it because I think vote to save is brilliant

When they freeze the lines and reopen it between two people, its basically vote to evict again

So do you wanna keep it so that its basically a mixture of save and evict. Or get rid of it, simply the people with the least votes of the nominees leave.

Get rid of vote to save and bring back vote to evict. Of course, this will mean less revenue from phone calls but save a lot of BB fans the extra expense of voting again for their favourite.

Freezing the lines is the safest way to ensure no contamination of the voting system. It also protects the channel from being sued by angry callers. The lines are frozen in plenty of time to allow for a vote check, confirmation, and to allow for a cooling off period.

The net result does help to build paranoia when the lines reopen. But that helps the show make money, which is why they are producing it.

You still get poor results. I'd rather have Vote to evict back.
