Ugh! The god awful heat is back...

Been awful today :bored: Can't stand it when it's too hot like this, everything is just sweaty and the sun is always in your eyes, even with shades it somehow gets through. Why isn't winter here yet :idc:

I know what you mean :( The good thing this time of year though is, that the evenings are cooler now even in this hot weather. And the nights are drawing in bit by bit, so we lose the sun and heat a bit earlier in the evenings.

My friend in Scotland says the same :D I am always telling her I would gladly swop the weather down South here with the weather there :) She loves the hot weather, I can't stand it.

Yeah, my cousin moved to California from Scotland and she say's exactly the same.

I must admit, I do like all the season changes.. especially Spring! :)

I grew up on the East coast, so i grew up with all the seasons in extremes. It's fall now, i loved the fall, all the yellows and reds of the trees, and the rain, and the smells of wet leaves and chimneys. Fall was always my favorite season.

We don't have real Fall in California. We have sunny and cloudy, those are the only 2 seasons we have. and those arn't even real seasons. I miss having chimneys and winter and boots, and real weather that you have to protect yourself from. I miss it.

And the nights are so hot, that I cant sleep with the freaking blankets.
