it creates a panic response and you freak out, and your hand grips wildly, but thankfully you stop it. Does this happen to anyone else?

It's amazing how the human body can do that. You don't even have time to think about it, you just feel the panic and respond and react.

I love my body. I'm constantly in amazement over how my body does things. WHy is it that it can react to things without me even thinking about it? I don't know.

We are incredible machines.

But i was more talking about how yur body reacts in panic mode, without any conscious thought, i just think it's pretty cool.

yea i know, but i swear i'm not on drugs, i just wonder if my body can totally override me, and i have no say in matter, how much else does your body have control over, in more subtle ways, psychological ways.

I think it also makes sense that your body has much more subtle ways of doing things that affect your life that you arn't necessarily aware of.
