Disregard whether you are pro-Luke or pro-Conor, but for me this was one of the greatest moments in BB history.
Forget about whether Luke or Conor won/got screwed.
In terms of a television moment...this was one of the best moments in BB history for me.
Where do others put this moment in BB fame?
As an actual TV moment.

For me, it was TV Gold.
I was pro-Luke too...but the way it turned out, was just a great BB moment.

The poll should have an ? instead of >
Oops. :D

It was a completely orchestrated situation, so not really up there with the greatest reality TV moments. I can think of far more than 10 better BB3-BB7 moments

I had to think about what it was for a minute then, so no, not in my top ten.

Poll doesn't look good atm. :(
I don't see how it was orchestrated.
Luke and Conor both genuinely were tense as **** as to what to do.

I'm talking about the actual Friday night moment here, not the whole White Room task.
Both were going for it, with 50k on the ***** line.
It was fantastic.
Luke trying to suss Conor out and vice versa.

lol.
Both buzzing for 50k?
Un-memorable?
1 second between a 50k prize.
Plus, the after-math of Luke towards Conor.
You forgot?!

Let me guess most of the people who didn't rate this moment, rate Nikki saying "It's cold" in the diary room.
lol.

It was on par with watching Million Pound Drop really

I didn't find seeing an absolute ******* worm his way to a 50k cheque, it left me more disgusted than 'OMG GREAT MOMENT'
Yeah it was decent TV and the best twist on C5, but no... Conor was a bellend.

Yeah, i hated it too.
But, it was great TV.
Forget about if you were Pro-Luke or Pro-Conor.
I HATED the result, but on reflection it was just great TV.
It definitely is Top 10 in BB moments.
But, i assume people see Nikki talking about temperature or Pete talking about free-range chickens as better moments.

Yes, I forgot.
Yeah, ofcourse you did.
It was brilliant, the twist worked out pretty much perfectly; they were both mates beforehand, they both went for it with less than a second between them, Luke didn't realise until it was announced and then kicked off about it. I don't think anyone expected it to be as tense and dramatic as it was

It was a terrible moment, Luke A should've got his full prize fund as the winner of the show, and a wannabe rapist that was aggressive to everyone in the house should not be the Housemate to steal his money.

Finally.
I don't see how this wasn't just utterly brilliant.
As you say:
They were both "mates" before hand.
It had a ticking clock
It had discussion of what the other should do in terms of the prize
the said guy went for it, but the other guy screwed him and took the prize "behind his back" with 1 second between both touches of the buzzer.

FFS, read my opening post.
Forget, if your pro-Conor or pro-Luke ffs...talk about it just as a TV moment.
I hated it too, check my posts from said night, i was fuming that Conor got 50k.
I hated the dick.

I have read your OP thank you very much and I completely disagree with you on it being a great task as BB just randomly put three Housemates in the White Room to compete for £50K of the winners prize fund.

18-09-2012, 05:55 PM
Your whole reasoning was based on personal feelings on a "bad guy" winning the money.
Your opinion is clearly in-valid.
I hate Conor, but i can see past the dick and see a great BB moment played out.
edit: I didn't say it was a great "task", but a great BB moment.
A difference.

It's not that, it's the fact that he didn't have to work for the win, BB just randomly put him in there.

Yeah, ofcourse you did.
Why can't you accept other people's views?

But, forget about that. It doesn't matter. Forget about the logistics of the task, and why he was there in the first place.
I'm just talking about that Friday Night alone.
He was a dick, ofcourse. One of my most hated HM's of all time.
But, on that Friday Night, one of the greatest BB moments of all time was played out.

Brilliant eviction night and twist yes. No way it would be included in my own top 10 BB moments though.

Wasn't a top moment due to a bully being rewarded and the selection for the white room screaming RIG.

This was a very memorable moment in BB History certainly most memorable in BB13. for good or bad reasons, it really defined the whole series and will be remembered by most fans as the day BB really "lost" its way....!!!

I would have it as in the top 10.
