All that land for such a price. What a bargain. Cannot see it being on the market long. Popping to the shop for a pint of milk might be a bit of an ordeal though...

Electric beams and a shotgun should take care of that.

Situations such as burglary etc would be a worry though. You would need security keeping an eye on things at all times, and that could cost a lot of money. People always spoil things by their greed.
