I was not Nikki's biggest fan but feel it's a real shame she was evicted last night.

In Nikki's own words "it's not my turn yet" is more acurate than perhaps she realises!

I for one admit I voted for her to go along with a lot of others.

I wonder what others reasons are!?

My first choice for eviction would have been, well in fact all the following would have really come before Nikki: In no particular order:

Mikey:
Imogen:
Jennie:
Spiral:
Suzie:
Michael:

So why did I vote for Nikki!

Most of the polls and bookie's odds had Aisleyne close in second place behind Nikki as favorite to go.
Therefore as Ais is one of my two favorites I didnt want to take the risk of Ais going, so I voted for Nikki.

If I didnt have this information I would have voted for someone else!

So back to the original question,

"Do Polls Spoil Big Brother!!?"

I think they do - for sure!!

Do You?

The poll on TIBB nearly always matches the voting, and Nikki was top for the last 2 days. I like the polls, saves money on voting by phone if the results look good enough :)

I reckon they do in a way. But they also had me mentally prepared - I wasn't, as a result, as shocked as I might've been that Nikki left. To be honest though now that Nikki's gone I probably won't be as bothered about who's evicted next. If you can evict someone like Nikki from the BB house you can evict any HM, regardless of what they might add to the house. Obviously I still have favourites who I don't want to leave, but the departure of Nikki has made me realise that there's not that long left of the show and anything could happen over the next few weeks. I still want Pete to win though.

I completely agree! If it wasn't for polls and the bookie's I don't think Nikki would have had as much votes as she had.

I don't think the bookies influence voting only reflect it.
As for the polls it's up to you whether you let if affect your vote.

Even if there were no odds I think Nikki would still have gone.

Yeah I think they do, it would be better if it would all be a suprise.

Yeah
They influence votes on others

But they are still fun to do, if people dont take them serioisly

I have to agree with you, Nik, I voted for Nikki based purely on the fact I didnt want Aishleyne to go.

And she was annoying.

I think Polls do Spoil things but it's something that happens all the time now, never going to stop them.
