Justin Bieber was forced to apologise to fans after vomiting on stage last night (September 29).

The singer - who was performing in Glendale, Arizona on the first stop of his 'Believe' tour - had to stop part-way through album track 'Out of Town Girl' to turn away from the crowd and be sick.

18-year-old Bieber ran off stage as dancers and a DJ continued to perform, before re-emerging and apologising to the audience.

"I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down," he said before singing ballad 'Fall' with acoustic guitar accompaniment.

Bieber managed to complete Karate Kid theme song 'Never Say Never' and made it a few bars into his Nicki Minaj duet 'Beauty and a Beat' before having to exit the stage again.

"It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," he told fans when he returned. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?

"I wanted to give you my best show ever so do you mind if I finish it?"

After the concert ended, the star took to Twitter to address what had happened.

"Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u," he posted, along with a picture of himself lying in bed.

He then wrote, "and.... Milk was a bad choice! Lol", suggesting that dairy in combination with energetic dance routines was to blame for his illness.

Well milk is bad to drink before going on stage anyway to sing as it affects the vocal chords, surprised no one has advised him of that, most singers avoid milk at times when they are due to perform.
Water next time Justin.

I feel his pain, if I heard his music blasting from 100 watt speakers I would probably spew.

Justin dedicated the show to his Mrs Bieber who died of cancer and was probably upset by it.

Was that the 6 year old little girl he befriended, she called herself Mrs Beiber,I saw that it was so sad,i do wish people would stop and think before they judge someone,I am taking my daughter to see him in February and i tell you she is so excited and anyone that can make her that happy is ok by me.

Yes it was that girl, she had a special bond with Justin and she only died around a week before the first show. He constantly made references to her on Twitter while she was alive. During his song One Less Lonely Girl he normally invites a girl from the audience but last night he paid tribute to her with a video backdrop of pictures. He was said to be crying After the song ended. I have seen Justin live (this year intact) and he is a fantastic performer.

Good on him for carrying on, I doubt many celebs would do that, would have been cancelled immediately and probably a few more tour days cancelled too for good measure.

Reminds me a bit of when one of jedward broke their leg on stage and carried on. Cannot stand them at all but I think thats one of the only times I have ever had respect for them
