Brosnan has the sex factor and Connery was also quite sexy :blush:
Both are great actors and by far the best two Bonds.
Craig is the best and the sexiest.
Brosnan is about as sexy as a rasher of bacon.

I'd actually rather eat raw bacon than have to look at/touch/listen to Brosnan! I honestly can't stand him and to top it all his acting skills are comparable to Keanu Reeves' :hmph:
I think they all brought something to the role of Bond. But if I had to choose one for a long weekend, it'd be Daniel Craig.

yeah a bit...dalton looked a bit harder, i mean he could easily pass as an ex solider, brosnan was pretty and smooth as silk, both quality bonds imho

Gerard Butler may have made a good Bond if he'd gone into it straight from 300.... but I'm afraid he girliefied himself with all the RomComs.

Hahaha.. I actually hate Bond films, they're a lot of ****e. The only ones I've watched all the way through are the DC ones and to he honest they're ****e too, but worth it for a few hours if Daniel leching! :lovedup:

no the creators believe dalton was the closest to the bond they wrote, though connery was close, as for craig, imho he is by far the worst bond, utterly charmless, humourless and gadgetless, in reality black humour is a massive part of everyday life in the secret service or any combat role, so his deadpan humourless take is not remotely realistic. the fact he got overhyped for one scene showing off his gym muscles, just about sums about how far the franchise has fallen. the last craig movie was no better than your run of the mill scwarzennegger turkey from the 1980s muscles and explosions and nothing else,very poor indeed.

I don't find bodybuilders attractive, nor wrestlers for that matter?
I actually don't really care who the best Bond is... all the films are dreadful regardless of leading man, and I certainly don't find them fun, entertaining or humorous!!

ok thats sad because millions aorund the world have loved them for 50 years. cant really figure why youd even bother posting on a bond thread if you hate it so much. apart from leering at a bodybuilders physique.

I'm talking about Fleming's original books rather than what the producers said about their own screenplays. To me, Craig is the closest to the Bond of the books who is quite a different animal to the Bond on screen. The only thing missing from the Daniel Craig films as far as I'm concerned is that they don't use the Bond incidental music enough... or, in fact, at all in Casino Royale.

Worst is Moore. I know he's supposedly the most charming but I found his Bond films about as threatening and exciting as microwaveable slippers. Bond should be naturally charming without every other line being a double entendre.

I'm not exactly a Bond fan but I would assume that Bond changed with the times rather than because of what actor played him. The older Bond films were fairly sexist and old fashioned

nah they werent, bond women were the equal of bond, heck one of them head scissored him nearly to death in the 1960's:blush: it was harmless fun and entertainment, outside of the feminazis I dont recall any woman being offended...most of the tales were about crazy male megalomaniacs trying to destroy the world and the british secret service trying to foil them.... now every script has to be passed by the equal opportunities commitee. its pathetic....if they want to destroy all the gdagets all the fun and frolics , then may as well just burn the books and kill the greatest franchise in movie history.....then you can get harriet harmon to write the next bond....health and safety alone would then ensure bond is dead forever
