Of 4 (0r 5) black men (ageing), that were legends in the 60's/70's, singing in the street a la Donna summer she worked hard for the money style? I don't know if it was four tops or another soul group. Anyone know what i'm talking about? :conf:

only four tops song i can think of from 80s is going loco down in acapolco, but i dont think thats what your thinking of,

a few of soul groups from that era, the temptations, the drifters, the miracles, the all stars, if that helps

Yeah it's definitely not down in Acapulco. I just youtubed and it's none of them. :bawling:
I think when they sang that 80's song it was considered like a huge comeback for that band. If I remember correctly most of them were wearing jean jacket and pants. :conf:

Was it a remix of an original song they did, or something completely new? I can think of some remixes and sample works that were recorded in the 80's. Was it soul/funk type of music? Was just looking through some videos and was reminded of this...

I know it's nothing to do with what you are looking for but I haven't heard this for ages.

The hell :joker:

It was definitely an original, they were in the street. Soul. Maybe it sounded similar to nightshift/some other funky soul songs. They had a simple dance step too. Step in front, then side, then back..... Oh why can't I remember :bawling:
