Did anyone watch it last week? The second ep is on tonight and looks to be a funny one. The wrong two went last week though :nono:

Shaun

The only one I remember who went was the Irish one :( and she was the most fun. They all turned proper bitchy at the end. The hard line religious one stayed I remember that. Ohhhhh the other one who went was the one who made that cold soup thing to serve at the Bar-Mitzvah

Jordan.

I watched... it was quite car crash :joker:

Emma and Ruth need pairing up again, I was waiting for one of them to strangle the other with a pair of those Israeli trousers.

I vaguely watched it last week and its basically the Jewish version of The Apprentice. But it was total reality TV style. Ok I suppose.

Surely not.

Infact I'd say more brutal than bitchy! The woman who wore the head scarf thing was horrible.

It's probably the same in all religions, the more devout they think they are, the less they enjoy it, the more intolerant they become and look down on everyone else. She's in for a rocky ride tonight I think.

I don't think I would enjoy it...
Is it just women being bitchy? how boring.
I'm watching Ian Hislops history of the british stiff upper lip.

The women are being out bitched this week by Daniel.... what a nuisance.

Daniel was a cringey nightmare... I did laugh when they wheeled in the harp.

He was funny towards the end though, just totally took the piss. Had a feeling he would, just didn't end on with that woman and probably wanted her to fail.

Livia

He was awful though... I quite liked the first one until he let them pluck his eyebrows and dye his eyelashes... Oy....

Yes I did, and no I won't.
I just watched it on C4+1, it was as dire as I thought it would be.

How rude...
At least I gave the rubbish a go, am I a troll for not liking it or because you don't feel I took your thread seriously? I don't understand joe.

Maybe I should start handing out insults like that on my threads?
Unnecessary and offensive comment joe.

You brought your raincloud of doom to the thread kizzy. The first comment was the most annoying seen as you'd not even watched it and made out like you were somehow above it.

Saw the raincloud of doom comment on my post to shaun then?
I had seen trailers, and read about it....Before I watched the repeat.
Don't backtrack joe, you were in the wrong I was not trying to be above anything.

In the wrong about what? And you conveniently left out that info before.

You owe me an apology, I don't have to explain anything to you when commenting.
Your 'troll' insult was ridiculous, it's not the first time i've seen it and it may not be the last you have to expect it sometimes from some people.

I don't have to take this nonsense :idc:

You knew exactly what you were doing kizzy so let's not play games. We'll just agree to not talk to eachother in threads because it always ends up like this.

Well, whatever it is, they'll make a drama out of it. Did you see Jews at Ten? I thought that was funny...

Well I thought it was funny... but then I recognise some of the stuff they were whining about LOL... I suppose not everyone would find it amusing.

Definitely the best episode so far tonight. Loved all those old folks, especially when some were making a bid for freedom cos it was such a **** trip :joker: Once again though the decent ones went. Jaq reminds me of Gillian McKeith too much and the other one has next to no personality.

I think the right ones went. Emma was just awful, with her Cuprinol skintone and her daughter's clothes on.

Elderly people always make me laugh. I hate it when people patronise them and treat them like kids, and I think only Jacqueline treated them properly. My heart sank when the accordian came out though. It's an intrument of torture in some countries, you know.

I did like Emma's Jew song though, was quite funny. Jacqueline will probably win I think, the other I can barely remember. Can't think of a single thing they'd done. And the episode seemed more centred around Emma and Jacqueline really. Also saw someone mentioned with the routes they set off, the other team didn't really stand a chance of getting there first minus the total balls they made of it. Dunno if that's true though cos don't know the area.

It was a total disaster from the buffet to the coach arriving in Southend at about 4pm and not stopping. Lol. And those lyrics to SUmmer holiday. "We're going where the sun shines brightly. We're going where the sea is blue. We've seen it in the movies. We're proud to be a jew". :joker:

As Jewish songwriters go, I don't think she's given Bob Dylan and Paul Simon much to worry about.

I guess Sandy was the better one out of those two to win. She kept her cool all the way through and is old but a bit more 'hip'. The ending was really really flat and sudden though.

Jordan.

I think overall all Jacqueline deserved to win, she performed best in all the tasks (can't think of anything she did wrong) but it was obvious they'd choose Sandy since she was the most likeable and suitable for the job.

Emma was the star of the show overall, when she came back for the meal and was pissing herself at one of the kids during his speech :joker:
