Possibly, it is the time he takes to find who it is in the audience he wants to take the question or comment from too that is irritating.
Yes
its time for him to let another good presenter
take over.
He is being Greedy
This SNP guy is real nasty, spits out the word 'Unionist' each time with such contempt. I like Ruth Davidson, in some ways I think she's a bit wasted leading the third biggest party in the Scottish parliament, the Tories could do with more people like her

Yes he did not like that Bloke asking the Nuke question.
I actually really like Carswell. I think he's one of the most reasonable and thoughtful politicians we have, it's a shame he's ended up in Farage's mob and I think he now feels the same but then I don't think anyone like him would make it very high up the Tory party
SNP woman is quite good as well

That guy Bryant looks like the Telegraph journalist that appears on the Sky News paper review. Thought it was him but got confused for a moment why he was supporting votes for 16 years olds.

Really rubbish episode tbh
Both Stephens were just wet & saying what they thought we wanted to hear.
Charles had literally no idea what he was talking about.
Charlotte I usually like but she went on quite a lot
Leanne was best but she could've done so much better
The audience were also full of people who didn't know what they were talking about.

Strange to see Labour get such a kicking tonight rather than the Tories
Not in Cardiff, Labour actually failed to get the only Conservative marginal seat in Cardiff in May and there was actually a small swing to the Conservatives in it too.
Indeed the Conservatives also took 2 seats from labour in Wales too in May.
Vale of Clwyd and Gower, the latter by only 27 votes.
This was a rather good question time really, it is good to have contrasting opinions and thoughts on things, good too to see a panel so at odds with each other but able to make reasoned points as to their various stances.
It is just a pity Dimbleby gets so muddled a lot of the time.

I actually didn't mind Tim Farron, Priti Patel comes over as one the most smug and ignorant people I have seen on QT.
She was awful.
I don't mind Priti, I think she's normally quite articulate and intelligent. Trouble is that she is considered a 'rising star' of the Tories and probably has the potential to go quite far so she is obliged to defend the government on every account. The tax credits cuts are almost impossible to defend but she has to do it to save her leader face; that's a very hard job

I think the whole Nation should have a discussion on trident and even perhaps since now the Conservative party has suddenly found a new love for referenda actually include them in the debate too by asking what they think.
Lucy Powell was right,Labour will be having a debate on Trident and one thing Jeremy Corbyn is, is he is a democrat and will have to abide by the overall party decision of same.
He has been honest to say he will not push the button, I doubt if PM I would ever feel I could, however I think such a decision should be taken by more than one person anyway, and that should be a committee of which any PM should be a part of, with other party members at least on it but not the sole decision maker on the issue.
Such a committee could also be a reign in to a trigger happy PM for instance as to the other side of things too.
Of course all depending on whether the USA 'allowed'the UK to push the button in the first place.
Anyway,I was wrong, this was actually a pretty good QT in the end.

I might pop down and I'll have a word with the producers for you Arista, about getting rid of Dimbleby.
I might take half a dozen eggs with me too, because Alex Salmond is there.

That is one thing about Paddy, he will have his say any way he can.
You are right however it did become dominated by Paddy all through really.
Maybe he is after Dimbleby's job.:joker:
The guy in the audience who said he did the maths on the back of an envelope and said we'll pay the debt off by 2030 (I think), got the best round of applause of the night.

This was a rather good one last night from Cardiff, got rather lively.
Owen Jones was as ever on form and determined to get his points, valid points across too, despite in my view David Dimbleby being a little rude to him.
Neil Hamilton was rather effective too even though I disagreed with most he was saying.
