I'm actually quite surprised by how dated it looks though considering it was 2006.
Looks older than an early Friends episode from 20 years ago.

The 80s music doesn't help neither. lol

That geeky girl reminds me of what now is Amy Farrowfowler. And yeah I agree it does look quite dates, but might just be cos it's quite low quality

Their voices are a little less geeky as well here. They're almost talking normally. And Sheldon having sex :o LOL

But I meant it looks dated with their clothes and the whole production, the sets and everything.

But I suppose that was intentional. In the revision they were much more comical with the brighter colours and almost cartoonish/funky sets.

The only bit that made me actually LOL was the light saber bit. And there seemed to be a lot more sexual innuendos in this one. Then again I've mostly watched the cut versions they show on E4

Would've been interesting to see the show develop if Penny had been a little more feisty.

Watching a bit of it. Looks like Two and a half men and BBT were mixed together.

The receptionist in the beginning plays the nurse in the show now. The nurse that had to report a robot's hand grabbing a guy's penis

She always pops up. She was the receptionist in the 2nd pilot and the one when Howard had the allergic reaction.
