An alleged burglar was found drinking a beer in the victim's backyard in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Kylan Brock, 27, had reportedly entered a house and stole various items before taking a beer from the fridge, according to The Tennessean.
The homeowner returned to find several items missing and then came across Brock standing in the backyard with the beverage.
When the victim called authorities, the suspect fled.
Officers later arrested and charged Brock for burglary.
It was discovered the alleged robber had a criminal history including aggravated burglary.
