Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and San Andreas have been reclassified for the PS3 by the North American age-ratings board.
Following on from the release of Grand Theft Auto 3, both games are likely to launch as PS2 Classics in the coming weeks and months.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which today (October 29) celebrates its ten-year anniversary, was re-rated for the PS3 back in June.
It was recently confirmed for iOS devices, complete with touch controls, HD visuals and new features.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City originally released on the PlayStation 2 in 2002, combining the open-world gameplay of Grand Theft Auto 3 with a vibrant 1980s setting.
No release date or price has been announced for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City at this time.
The news comes after the Grand Theft Auto 5 release date was allegedly outed by promotional images.
