Had one about 2 weeks ago and the cough has never went, infact the cough has got worse :bored:

Had my bloody whooping cough injection this afternoon too which seems to have made the cough worse again.

10 weeks? wtf. That's one of those times you start checking for mold in the house, or something. Sorry. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp32/sharkattack_torrential/sCo_unsure.gif

I get that too. Think it's natural, like drinking water from another country. Have to get a coat of grime on you before you go back inside another ecosystem. Sick for 3-5 days and then you're golden until you leave, and go home and get the fam sick. :joker: <-- but not funny

The truths anti- cold advice

1) do not wear any damp clothes, if you get caught in rain get inside and change your clothes asap
2) do not allow draughts around your house (check windows and curtains)
3) if u brave the cold weather do not stand around in it too long, keep moving or get indoors
4) I try orovite 7 its a vitamins drink that specifically targets colds. touch wood it seems to be effective. (ask pharmacist or health shop first)
5) yeah lemsip and beachams is good
6) body heat , have a good snuggle or cwtch up as the welsh call it

beware hot water bottles, had one scold me a few months back, very nasty

any other tips id gladly like to know

As far as I know it's not actually anything to do with the weather if you get a cold, you get them more in winter because you spend more time in close contact with people indoors where it can easily spread

Oh I didn't know that, although yeah I had heard before that it's actually just catching the virus and not to do with cold weather outside. Still, my dad relentless tells me to put a jacket on when I go outside  But yeah I feel you Reggie, colds suck.
