This is the shocking moment a young mother left her baby in a pram to launch an unprovoked racist attack on a stranger.

Amanda Lowe, 26, was caught on camera stamping on Khuram Nisar’s head after calling him a ‘terrorist’ in Piccadilly Gardens.

Lowe left her four-month-old baby girl and her eight-year-old daughter to launch the racially-aggravated assault.

The baby’s father Wesley Earls, also 26, and her cousin, Daniel Wray, 21, then joined in the sickening attack. The group were later arrested by police in nearby Oldham Street.

Video obtained by the M.E.N. shows the full horror of the attack for the first time.

Lowe’s conviction for assault was her fourth in six years.

But she was spared jail at Manchester Crown Court after Judge Lindsey Kushner QC told her it would have had an ‘enormous impact’ on her children. The judge told Lowe – who is pregnant with a third child: “Your record is terrible for violence given that you are 26 years of age.

"The damage you are doing to your children – there at the time and seeing you drunk, the risk you put them at – is disgraceful.

"Somebody who behaves like that when they are drunk I would think you have to keep a very careful eye on as a mother. People have been killed and maimed through being kicked in the head.”

Lowe, of Rochdale Road, Blackley, admitted racially aggravated assault causing actual bodily harm on May 21.

She was given a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to attend a programme for women offenders. Earls, of Old Market Road, Blackley, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm and was given a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, and a community order.

Wray, of Ludlow Avenue, Clifton, Salford, admitted the same charge and was given a community order

Way too lenient, She should have been given a custodial sentence and her children taken away from her. Those kids will not be raised well in a family like that.

..I agree, after his summing up of her violent participation in the attack, I can only presume he was lenient because he considered a child to be better off with a parent, no matter how damaging that parent's behaviour would be on her children....imo, that sort of role model will only have an extremely negative effect...the 8 year old girl witnessed the entire incident from what I could see.....

It's disgusting the way sub-human idiots, such as this one, can almost literally get away with murder.

Anyone who attacks a complete stranger in public for no reason whatsoever other than their skin tone is slightly darker is a dangerous thug. Anyone who runs over and stomps on a complete strangers head whilst she is pregnant and has left her other children unattended has completely lost all touch with reality and must not be allowed to have children under her care. She should be locked up for this vicious unprovoked assault.

Due to the Judges leniency and not jailing her the other two thugs also escaped jail. British justice eh... You couldn't make this stuff up !!!!

Agreed, If it had been a male initiating this attack the outcome would have been a TOTALLY different story.
So warped at 26? those kids don't stand a chance..

Omg that is horrific. In the centre if Manchester too in broad daylight?? The children would be better off anywhere but with that type of person. This is what makes me sick. People like that can have any number of kids and they will unfortunately grow up around violent offenders thinking it is ok to behave like that. You then have decent people unable to have children who have to jump through ridiculous hoops to adopt a child. It just doesn't add up. Disgraceful.

What a ridiculous ruling from the judge. Far too soft on a disgusting and poor excuse for a human. Her children would be much better off being placed in a stable, safe and secure environment.

What is the world coming to. The judges are there to be the voice of reason in court cases, so I despair when some go up against such judges that appear anything but the voice of reason in keeping our society a safer place from scum such as that. What sort of messages about behaviour is that woman sending her children :bored:
