View Full Version : My cat is stuck in a tree.

I know it's a very cliché thing to happen, but she's done this 2 times before. The tree is much taller than my house and we can't even spot her in it, we only know she is there because she is crying so loud, it's so distressing. :bawling: My mother rang the emergency services and they said that nobody cares about rescuing a cat at this time of night.
Can you not take some cat biscuits outside or something to entice it down?

We tried food and she usually runs to us like Usain Bolt if we wiggle a bit of ham but that didn't even work.

Did your mum ring the emergency number? if so can you not trying just ringing the fire station instead and speaking to someone there

You gotta ring the emergency number to be put through to the fire station. :S
The fire station should also have its own number, not the emergency one or at least ours does.

It's true that domestic violence goes up during football matches.
And a recent survery suggests that Cats take the full blame in many cases over Women

If the claws are clipped, I *might* suggest climbing the tree to help kitty down in a pillowcase, but ...skittish. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp32/sharkattack_torrential/crazy.gif I wish you luck. :)

My brother got her down last night after she had been up there for about 36 hours. She sat on the floor cleaning herself for about an hour when she got inside. :joker: She lost a tiny bit of weight but other than that she is still happy and playful despite the trauma she went through. :amazed:
