Yep....always. My mum always told me if I ate my crusts they would make my hair curl so I did as I was told and ate them........Annoyingly - my hair is still straight (and my mum obviously tells lies)!!

Yes always! If I am eating an individual slice of bread I will take the crusts off an eat them first. If I am eating a sandwich I will just eat it normally.
