pointless training

Ive had to come to leeds to do some pointless training.
Moving and handling
Health and safety
Infection control

All pointless and only refresher courses that tell me stuff i already know. Got 2 days of this crap.

Do you have any pointless training you have to do?

..yeah, endless amounts of it...everything has to be updated every few years....it's all cool, you get a free lunch and a day out...and if you take a seat at the back, you can have an afternoon snooze as well.....

Not training but walking group where we walk around the park for no reason and this is for health and fitness and to chat to other people oh and that dose get bad when you done it for 12 weeks

a few years ago i was working as a cleaner fair enough i did a couple of nvqs in cleaning but then they made me to an nvq in customer care! ffs i was a cleaner. i have still to this day have no idea why?

God its so boring....... ive also got a cold coming on and the person who is taking the training is someone i trained up 2 years ago

I do think there's one thing more dreadful than pointless training... pointless training that involves role play. It's so toe-curlingly cringeworthy it's hard to express it. I have sworn I will never, ever take part.

..LOL..how right you are....unfortunately I can't avoid it but it's my worst nightmare...and it's always with people you have never ever met in your life before...

..I did actually faint once.. but that was just a first aid course and I can't stand the sight of blood...
