Liked the picture of Kate, showing off her tan, which she obviously got on her holiday with Spencer.

When I saw the TV awards it looked to me as though both Kate and Jade had lost some weight. Kate appears to have got back in the gym and I think Jade's work with her trainer is paying dividends - she looked really lovely.
