We did Frankenstein and Of Mice and Men. I didn't like Frankenstein that much at all, but I like Of Mice and Men a lot.

We did Macbeth, Lord of the Flies and some poetry... didn't really study anything substantial until A Level, where we did Howards End, Hard Times, Translations, Henry V and some play about Aborigines and convicts in Australia that I forget the name of.
Liked all of them really except Hard Times.

Don't think we read any, only had an ''anthology'' full of loads of stupid poems
''what does it mean to be ...HALF CAST standing on one leg'' blah blah blah
did anyone read the play a view from the bridge? I really liked it
Yeah I did that and thought it was really good too. Did another of his plays, Broken Glass, at a level and that was pretty good as well

We did Maya Angelou's "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings" which I thoroughly enjoyed reading and studying, for our year 10 exam, and then Macbeth for a controlled assessment. This year we're doing Lord of the Flies, which I love too.
