" Too much brushing can damage your gums and thin the enamel on the teeth themselves. So increased risk of cavities and receeding gums "

Just the Twice for me :idc:

Once, I'm quite lucky I've never had any dental problems and my teeth are alright because I'm not very good at brushing them

..sorry, was that twice you brush your teeth...or twice you want Pio to come and see you.....?....I think you better wait and make sure everything goes ok the first time round.....

...anywhere between 3 and 5 times a day for me..it varies to whether I’m home all day or not....if I am home, it’ll be when I first wake up, then after every meal and just before I go to bed...I’ve actually had several conversations with my dentist about this...it doesn’t do any harm to your teeth or gums to brush often..so long as you brush properly and leave it about 20 minutes after eating..especially as I eat lots of fruit and the brushing could cause more damage than the acid in citrus fruits, if I brushed them immediately after eating....

I have very beautiful gums btw...they’re one of my very best features.....

Sometimes two, often forget to do it at night though (and just use mouthwash instead), so I clicked one.

..well the only position I know is to stand at the bathroom basin and brush my teeth with a toothbrush and a little toothpaste..it's quite a well tested method to freshen your mouth...but I guess, maybe you've tried otherways..so that's cool if they work.....

Stand on my head in the shower.

(And, no, it's not the head you're thinking of.)

..well, that sounds quite a good position as well..do you not have the toothpaste running up your nose though...I'm going to have to test that to see....
