Huang Aiqing owns a monkey school in Nanyang, Henan province, China and his wife contributes to the business by breastfeeding the students.
Wife Jiao Xinzhen revealed the bizarre method of feeding during interviews to promote the new business.
The 27-year-old explained: "Many times, some of the baby monkeys slip onto our bed at night to suckle. I feel they are just like my children."
Aiqing even adopted one of the ape students as a playmate for son Ti, saying: "In this house the monkeys are king.
"When I see him playing with my son I can see how close we are to them and they are to us and I'm pleased my boy has such a good playmate."
Aiqing, 34, has become the region's top monkey trainer, preparing young apes for work in movies, circuses, theatres and street performances.
