Ever thought you found Money?

So I was on my way to town and I seen something which caught my eye because it looked a lot like a £50 note, when I picked it up it was on the queens head side and was quite dark at the time so I didn't notice the decoration on her face, whilst walking home I was thinking about all the stuff I'm going to buy until I discover THIS LOL: (front and back pictures)

Have you ever thought you found something but it wasn't really the real thing; whether it be money, a mobile phone, wallet etc?

I feel so awkward when finding real money... the best place to do it is at self-service checkouts, people always forget to take the notes section :/ I always feel bad and try to run after them if they leave it behind though... mostly because I'd be scared of someone seeing me pocket it :laugh:

I know right! But that stupid sound plays if you forget your notes so they'll hear it -_- , if you feel awkward just pay for your items and when your change comes out just take it with the change so it would look more natural lol

and lmao how annoying. My dads gf seen a £5 note in a pub and had her foot on it for ages, as she slowly bent down to pick it up it flew across the room because someone deliberately attached string to it and everyone in the pub was laughing at her, ULTIMATE embarrassment imo but oh so funny :laugh:

About 6 years ago me & my friends found a £20 note on the floor. There were only about 5 of us but one was a greedy prick who took £10 and the rest of us had about £2.50 each. I spent it on a soap magazine :laugh:

Me and a mate once found a cloth bag with a a load of numbers and money signs on it. After picking it up and stuffing it up my coat. We checked what was in it and were so happy to see wads of notes we counted it out at roundhay park and their was £1400 in it. We didnt dare do anything with it for about a week. And eventualy we webt on a right bender. Bought clothes, ps2 games, aftershave

Omg, how lucky! I found £95 before when I was about 10, I allllways find money; I take after my dad because he always finds money too
