Only did CBB for 30 grand and BB are paying Rylan 250K? :S Did the producers just offer Rylan this amount of money? I bet he would have done it for only 10 grand!

Bit much to pay a talentless wannabe to go on a reality tv show? Ulrika demanded a lot of money but she didn't get as much as 250K.

I do want Rylan in but I find it stupid that producers are wasting too much money on celebrities when the civilian series should have a bigger prize fund for the winner.

So Rylan took the job with the biggest offer? Still.. too much money spent. Hope they have enough money saved for the civilian series. Such as bringing back 24 7 live feed?

Bloody fools he would have paid CBB himself to keep his face on tv. God how deep is the barrel they are scraping up these zero list people from. Didn't the so called celebs take part for charity at one time? Chav heaven

Channel 5 seem to have the means to spend quite a lot on celebs, didn't they reportedly pay £1m for Jedward

There is one reason to pay Rylan more - if he's going in January, he may have to skip the X Factor tour. And probably a lot of promo opportunities he'd get to do otherwise.

He must be the first "celebrity" housemate who has ever actually auditioned for the regular show (bar Chantelle).

I think a few we know (Andrew Stone for free, Cocozza 30k, Kerry Katona 350k, Cheryl Fergison 175k, Clary 300,000)

But the rest not too much
