I'm no fan, but good for her.

If she signed a contract with a "Pay or play" clause then she has every right to claim what she's owed.

No doubt they'd make her pay up if she was the one to break contract.

And do people really want her back? Not sure about Tulisa (I like her personally, she is straight up) but Nicole is 10x the woman and talent that Cheryl ever would be. Better looking too (IMO)
