I'd say no on this cos it makes it more complicated to organise/run.

I wanted to put forward a suggestion though. Since it's not often easy to determine whether someone has a 'terminal' illness or not, should we scrap that rule.. after all, if one person knows a celebrity is terminally ill, then we all know about it, so it's not like that one person has an advantage..

Thoughts?
