Brandon - I actually like Brandonand I know that's not the popular opinion around here, so I'm happy to see him again weirdly.
Brenda - I don't remember much of Nicaragua but she's very charming so I don't mind her being there, but I'm not too excited.
Cochran - Glad to see him bac because I found him funny (again, not a popular opinion) but I would've preferred Stephen from Tocantins to fill his role.
Corinne - She is so desperate to be a villain, but I'm not annoyed at her for it. I can't wait to see her interactions with Phillip tbh.
Dawn - As lovely as she is, I'd prefer if Holly filled her role.
Erik - A great casting choice IMO. Probably the person I'm most excited to see and I'm not even that big a fan of his.
Francesca - Why.
Malcolm - The most overhyped contestant in a long time. I liked him in the first few episodes and then I realised it was charm and no substance. Maybe it's just because I'm naturally so anti the golden boy edits :laugh:

Probst is such a blatant sexist and doesn't even hide it, he despises a season whenever a woman wins or a male doesn't dominate the game, look at how much he cr*pped over One World after it aired.

Looking forward to the season though, of the fans I'm loving Julia for some reason and from the faves looking forward to seeing Corinne and Brenda playing again, as well as Philip just for the comedy.

I think they are two of the stronger cast members IMO. Corinne was a great villain in Gabon and Erik has a great backstory of the superfan that became a favourite, plus he is host of the most infamous strategic move in the show's history.

Mixed:
Philip (Great character, but is never playing to win so it feels like a wasted place)
Andrea (Likable, but showed no killer instinct first time and allowed Rob to win)
Dawn (love her, but there were better token older females that could have been cast)

Unite the three girls and take out Philip at the final 5, Rob would never use his idol to save Philip (especially not over himself) so Philip would be an easy target, plus Philip's goat status is so blatant that it is obvious Rob will try to take him to the end, thus removing a spot for yourself.

At FTC it means that Rob is forced into a 50-50 between taking Andrea or Ashley to the F3 along with goat Natalie, and with the jury's anti Rob sentiment either of Andrea or Ashley stands a chance of picking up the win, we have to remember the jury only voted Rob because neither Philip or Natalie could justify winning in their speeches, which wouldn't be the case with Andrea or Ashley.

I´m not sure, if i would use the term favourite to describe the survivors on their tribe. Most of them were on my least favourite list (who i especially) and i gather/think/presume IMO that not many of them were liked by most of the fans of the show.

Corinne i think was vastly loathed (she was very mean, bitchy and horrible to some survivors), Philipp was kind of un-liked (too looney and delirious man), Brenda was somewhat un-liked (ruthless strategic), Cochran wasn´t liked (because of the betrayal), Brandon was unliked (because of acting crazy and being insanely paranoid) and Francesca, who was unlikable in the first episode/didn´t make a good impression ergo fans did not like her.

But they were however entertaining albeit un-likable bunch, so maybe they were "favoured and liked by the producers ie: Producers favourites" and thus enabling them to call them "Favourites", even if most fans detested them.

Only Malcolm, Dawn and maybe Erik i understand, as i think Malcolm was perceived as a clear favorite IMO, Dawn was kind of a motherly figure in her season and Erik, although he made a stupid mistake, he was kind and a lovable guy. Out of those i like .

So i´m kind of on the Fans and Malcolm/Phillip side on this Season. Maybe even Brenda, if she gets rid of Brandon early, betrays Corinne at some point and maybe makes alliance with Malcolm/Philipp.

I enjoyed it, although i i wish they would have included some of the older "favorites". All the favs are from really recent seasons.

I feel bad for Francesca, how embarrassing to be the 1st out both times.

I can't wait for Brandon to become what he was always meant to be, an evil Villain. It's in his blood, and he needs to embrace his true nature.

Phillip is absolutely as obnoxious as ever, and i can't believe he's going to subject us to ANOTHER season of those pink underpants.
